Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the fuel from the fuel filter. Refer to Water-in-Fuel Draining Procedure .
  2. Remove the right front wheelhouse panel. Refer to Wheelhouse Panel Replacement in Body Front End.
  3. Disconnect the fuel filter electrical connectors.

  5. Remove the water-in-fuel sensor (3) from the fuel filter (2).
