Installation Procedure

  1. Install the fuel bundle.
    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the fuel bundle nuts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the nuts to 16 N.m (12 lb ft).

  4. Connect the pressure balance pump electrical connector.
  5. Install the front and auxiliary fuel tanks. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement (Pickup)  or Fuel Tank Replacement (Cab/Chassis - Front)  or Fuel Tank Replacement (Cab/Chassis - Rear) .
