Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the front fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement (Pickup)  or Fuel Tank Replacement (Cab/Chassis - Front)  or Fuel Tank Replacement (Cab/Chassis - Rear) .
  2. Remove the auxiliary fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement (Pickup)  or Fuel Tank Replacement (Cab/Chassis - Front)  or Fuel Tank Replacement (Cab/Chassis - Rear) .
  3. Disconnect the pressure balance pump electrical connector (1).

  5. Remove the fuel pipes bundle nuts.
  6. Remove the fuel pipes bundle.
