Installation Procedure

  1. Install the CMP sensor.
    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the CMP sensor bolt.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolt to 8 N.m (71 lb in).

  3. Install the cooling fan pulley (2). Refer to Cooling Fan Pulley Replacement (6.6L (LB7) Engine) or Cooling Fan Pulley Replacement (6.6L (LLY) Engine) in Engine Cooling.
  4. Connect the CMP sensor electrical connector (1).
