Installation Procedure

  1. Remove the caps from the fuel feed/return, and EVAP lines.
  2. Install and connect the fuel feed (3) and/or fuel return (2) line to the sending unit and retaining clips.

  3. Install the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement (Pickup)  or Fuel Tank Replacement (Pickup - 5.3L (L59) Engine)  or Fuel Tank Replacement (1500 Crew Cab)  or Fuel Tank Replacement (Cab/Chassis - Front)  or Fuel Tank Replacement (Cab/Chassis - Rear) .
