Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) cluster trim bezel. Refer to Bezel Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) Cluster .
  2. Remove the center console, if equipped. Refer to Console Replacement (w/Console Mounting Bracket)  or Console Replacement (w/o Console Mounting Bracket) .
  3. Open the I/P compartment door.
  4. Remove the bolts retaining the lower trim panel to the I/P assembly.

  6. Disconnect all of the electrical connectors (1, 2, 3).

  8. Remove the lower trim panel from the I/P assembly.
