Installation Procedure

  1. Install the center rear seat belt assembly to the vehicle.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the center rear seat belt assembly retaining nuts to the vehicle.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the center rear seat belt assembly retaining nuts to 80 N.m (59 lb ft).

  3. Install the rear seat bottom cushion into vehicle.

    Insure the rear seat bottom frame engages in the tabs on the rear seat back mounting bracket.

  4. Install the 2 bolts securing the rear seat bottom cushion to the floor.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the rear seat bottom cushion bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

  5. Install rear seat bottom cushion ear retainers into the rear seat back mounting bracket.
