Auxiliary Oil Cooler: Removal

  1. Remove the front grill assembly. Place a drain pan under the vehicle.
  2. Disconnect the transmission oil cooler lines from the auxiliary cooler. See AUXILIARY OIL COOLER HOSE/PIPES & FITTINGS  .
  3. Remove the auxiliary oil cooler bolts (1) and push pins (2). Remove the auxiliary oil cooler from the vehicle. See Figure .
