Auxiliary Oil Cooler: Installation

  1. Install the auxiliary oil cooler to the vehicle. Install the bolts (1) and the push pins (2) that retain the auxiliary oil cooler to the radiator brace. See Fig 1 .
  2. Tighten the bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
  3. Connect the transmission oil cooler lines to the auxiliary cooler. See AUXILIARY OIL COOLER HOSE/PIPES & FITTINGS  .
  4. Install the front grill assembly. Fill transmission with appropriate fluid to proper level. See LUBRICATION  .
