Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Pontiac Aztek and 2003 Buick Rendezvous. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Align the grille pin and locking tabs to the front fascia.
  2. Press inward on the grille until all tabs are locked in place.
  3. Install the retainers to the top of the grille.

  4. Install the grille screws.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the grille screws to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

  5. Install the headlamp assembly refer to HEADLAMP ASSEMBLY OR HEADLAMP BULB REPLACEMENT (AZTEK) or HEADLAMP ASSEMBLY OR HEADLAMP BULB REPLACEMENT (RENDEZVOUS) .
