Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the instrument panel upper trim pad. Refer to TRIM PAD REPLACEMENT -- INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) UPPER (AZTEK) or TRIM PAD REPLACEMENT -- INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) UPPER (RENDEZVOUS) .
  2. Remove the daytime running lamp ambient light sensor socket from instrument panel trim pad by twisting 1/4 turn counterclockwise.

  3. Remove the daytime running lamp ambient light sensor from the daytime running lamp ambient light connector.
