Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the knee bolster panel. Refer to KNEE BOLSTER REPLACEMENT  .
  2. Remove the driver information center (DIC) switch from the trim plate bezel. Refer to DRIVER INFORMATION CENTER SWITCH REPLACEMENT (RENDEZVOUS)  or DRIVER INFORMATION CENTER SWITCH REPLACEMENT (AZTEK)  .
  3. Loosen the steering column bracket. Lower the steering column.
  4. Remove the trim plate bezel from the instrument panel cluster.
