Test Description

The numbers below refer to the step numbers on the diagnostic table

  1. 3. This step tests the PCMs ability to recognize a grounded circuit.
  2. 4. A short to ground in this circuit would set DTC P0742.
  3. 5. A short to ground in this circuit would set DTC P0742.
