Activating System (Metro & Firefly (Canadian))

  1. To activate air bag system, remove key from ignition switch. Connect passenger air bag Yellow 2-pin connector in glove box opening. Secure lock tab. Connect driver air bag Yellow 2-pin connector at steering wheel. Secure lock tab.
  2. Install AIR BAG fuse in fuse block. Staying well away from inflator modules, turn ignition switch to ON position. Ensure AIR BAG warning light flashes 7 times, and then turns off.
