Installation Procedure

  1. Ensure that the painted body surfaces in the tape contact area are clean and dry.
  2. Warm the body panel to a minimum of 21°C (70°F) using a heat lamp or a heat gun.
  3. IMPORTANT: Do not touch the adhesive backing.
  4. Peel the backing from the adhesive on the molding.
  5. Align the retaining clips in their respective holes.
  6. Press firmly on the molding until all the retaining clips are fully seated.
  7. Press on the top part of the molding so that the tape adheres to the body panel.
