Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the engine coolant. Refer to Draining & Filling Cooling System .
  2. Remove the air cleaner assembly.
  3. Reposition the radiator hose clamp.
  4. Remove the outlet hose from the radiator.
  5. Raise and support the vehicle.
  6. Reposition the outlet hose clamp from the water pump.
  7. Remove the outlet hose from the water pump.
