Installation Procedure

  1. Install the outlet hose to the water pump.
  2. Reposition the outlet hose clamp to the water pump.
  3. Lower the vehicle.
  4. Install the outlet hose to radiator.
  5. Reposition the radiator hose clamp.
  6. Install the air cleaner assembly.
  7. Fill the engine coolant. Refer to Draining & Filling Cooling System .
