Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the upper fan shroud. Refer to Fan Shroud Replacement - Upper .
  2. Remove the fan clutch using the J 41240  .
  3. Remove the fan and fan blade clutch assembly from the vehicle.
  4. Remove the four bolts retaining the fan blade to the fan blade clutch.
  5. Remove the fan from the fan blade clutch.
