Vehicle Speed Sensor Inspection (Without Abs)

Remove the vehicle speed sensor. (See VEHICLE SPEED SENSOR REMOVAL/INSTALLATION (WITHOUT ABS) .)
Measure the voltage between the vehicle speed sensor terminals while the gear is turning.
