Installation Procedure

  1. Install the hoist to the rear crossmember.
  2. Install the hoist mounting bolts and nuts. Tighten the hoist mounting bolts and nuts to 15 N.m (11 lb ft).
  3. Install the shaft to the hoist.
  4. Install the pin and retainer to the shaft.
  5. Lower the vehicle.
  6. Install the spare tire to the carrier.
