Installation Procedure

  1. Install the hanger to the frame.
  2. Install the hanger mounting bolts.
  3. Install the hanger mounting nuts.
  4. Raise the rear axle.
  5. Install the leaf spring to hanger mounting bolt. Tighten the leaf spring to hanger mounting bolt to 100 N.m (74 lb ft).
  6. Install the fuel tank.
  7. Install the muffler.
  8. Install the lower shock absorber mounting bolt and nut. Tighten the lower shock absorber mounting nut to 107 N.m (79 lb ft).
  9. Remove the rear axle support.
  10. Lower the vehicle.
