Installation Procedure

  1. Install the horn switch to the steering wheel.
  2. Install the horn switch to steering wheel mounting screws. Tighten the horn switch to steering wheel mounting screws to 5.5 N.m (50 lb in).
  3. Install the horn plunger contact to the cam tower in the steering wheel.
  4. Install the steering wheel inflator module to the steering wheel. Refer to AIR BAG MODULES .
  5. Enable the SIR system. Refer to DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM .
