Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the rear bumper Fascia. Refer to FASCIA REPLACEMENT - REAR BUMPER .
  2. Remove the rear compartment sill trim plate. Refer to Compartment Sill Plate Replacement - Rear .
  3. Remove the rear compartment lid lock striker nuts (1) from the striker.
  4. Remove the rear compartment lid lock striker from the vehicle.
