Secondary coil winding

  1. Disconnect the ignition coil connector.
  2. Remove the ignition coil. (See IGNITION COIL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  3. Measure the resistance between the following using an ohmmeter.
    • Terminal A to coil boot socket
      • If not as specified, replace the ignition coil.
    1. Resistance (Reference) 5.0-6.0 kilohms [25 °C {77 °F}]
