Test Description

The numbers listed below refer to step numbers in the diagnostic procedure:

  1. 4

    This step tests for voltage to the TCC PWM solenoid valve.

  2. 6

    This step tests the ability of the PCM and wiring to control the ground circuit.

  3. 8

    This step tests the resistance of the TCC PWM solenoid valve and the internal wiring harness.

  4. 12

    If the transmission internal wiring harness assembly is open, do not repair the wiring harness; replace the wiring harness assembly.
