Conditions For Running DTC P0719

DTC will run under the following conditions:

No VSS DTC P0722 or P0723.
The following sequence of events occurs:
1. The vehicle speed is greater than 20 MPH for 6 seconds.
2. Then the vehicle speed is 5-20 MPH for 3 seconds.
3. Then the vehicle speed is less than 5 MPH.
4. DTC P0719 has not passed.
