Installation Procedure

  1. Install the drive belt tensioner.
    CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the tensioner bolt.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the drive belt bolt to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).

  3. Using the J 39914  , rotate the belt tensioner.
  4. Install the drive belt to the generator pulley.
