Installation Procedure

  1. Lubricate the oil seal using clean engine oil.
  2. Insert the oil seal into the front cover with the lip facing the engine. Use the J 35468.

  3. Install the crankshaft key into the keyway.

  4. Install the crankshaft balancer. Refer to Crankshaft Balancer Replacement  .
