Removal Procedure

  1. Drain the cooling system to a level below the hose being removed. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System  .
  2. Using the J 38185,  reposition the hose clamp at the radiator and the coolant outlet.
  3. Remove the radiator inlet hose clamps (1) and hose (2) from the radiator and the coolant outlet.
