Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the ignition switch trim cover. Pry off with a small flat-bladed tool.

  2. Gently pry the accessory trim plate with small flat-bladed tool in order to disengage the retainers from the IP carrier.
  3. Remove the accessory trim plate from the from the IP carrier.

  4. Disconnect the cigar lighter electrical connector from the cigar lighter.
  5. Remove the cigar lighter from the accessory trim plate if required. Refer to Cigar Lighter Replacement .
