Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the ashtray from the instrument panel (I/P) by depressing the tab and sliding the ashtray rearward.

  2. Remove the lower I/P trim panel. Refer to Instrument Panel (I/P) Trim Panel Replacement - Lower .

  3. Remove the ashtray lamp wiring harness from the ashtray housing.

  4. Remove the screws holding the ashtray housing to the rear of the I/P lower trim panel.
  5. Remove the ashtray housing from the lower trim housing.
