Surge Tank: Installation

  1. Install surge tank. Install bolt to surge tank. Install nut to surge tank.
  2. Install surge tank outlet hose to surge tank. Position surge tank outlet hose clamp to surge tank. Install surge tank inlet hose to surge tank. Position surge tank inlet hose clamp to surge tank.
  3. Connect coolant level sensor electrical connector. Install surge tank overflow hose. Install air cleaner assembly. Fill cooling system. See DRAINING & REFILLING COOLING SYSTEM .
