Removal & Installation: Radiator: Removal

  1. Drain cooling system. See DRAINING & REFILLING COOLING SYSTEM . Reposition inlet hose clamp from radiator. Remove inlet hose from radiator. Reposition outlet hose clamp from radiator. Remove radiator outlet hose from radiator. Remove lower fan shroud. See FAN SHROUD .
  2. Reposition radiator vent inlet hose clamp from radiator. Remove vent inlet hose from radiator. Remove engine oil cooler lines from radiator. Remove transmission oil cooler lines from radiator. Remove radiator bolts. Remove radiator from vehicle.
