Removal & Installation: Radiator: Installation

  1. Install radiator to vehicle. Install radiator bolts. Install engine oil cooler lines to radiator. Install transmission oil cooler lines to radiator.
  2. Install radiator vent inlet hose to radiator. Reposition radiator vent inlet hose clamp to radiator. Install lower fan shroud. See FAN SHROUD . Install outlet hose to radiator. Reposition outlet hose clamp to radiator. Install inlet hose to radiator. Reposition inlet hose clamp to radiator. Fill cooling system. See DRAINING & REFILLING COOLING SYSTEM .
