Installation (California Emissions)

  1. Install intake manifold tube with 2 NEW gaskets. Install intake manifold tube bolts and nuts.
  2. Install EGR cooler bracket, EGR, cooler, cooler bracket bolts, nuts, cooling hose, and cooling hose clamps.
  3. Install main fuel pipes, fuel junction block, fuel hoses to FICM and FICM wiring harness. Install fuel pipes to the left fuel rail.
  4. Install intake air heater and gasket, if required. Install intake air heater terminal and nut. Install turbocharger boost sensor with bracket.
  5. Disconnect wire terminal to intake air heater. Install turbocharger boost sensor bracket bolt.
