Installation (Bank 2)

  1. Install new fuel rail and bolts. Connect high pressure lines between fuel rail and injectors. Attach high pressure line to back of fuel rail.
  2. Connect high pressure fuel line at end of fuel rail. Install EGR valve. Install fuel filter. Connect fuel injection control module.
  3. Attach PCV hose and clamp. Attach charged air outlet hose and clamp. Install air cleaner outlet duct. Install bolt holding positive battery cable junction box and bracket. Replace upper radiator hose and 2 hose clamps. Fill cooling system.
  4. Connect negative battery cables to both batteries. Replace all hold-down ties. Start engine and check for leaks or noises. After engine warms up, refill coolant reservoir.
