Installation Procedure

    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  1. Install the seal to the vehicle.
  2. Install the nuts to the studs.

    Tighten:  Tighten the nuts to 3 N.m (25 lb in).

  3. Install the intermediate shaft. Refer to Intermediate Steering Shaft Replacement - Lower .
