Condition No. 2 For Setting DTC P1870

The following sequence of events occur:
- The TCC slip speed is 100-550 for 10 seconds, and the PCM commands maximum line pressure.
- The TCC slip speed is 100-550 for 12.5 seconds, and the PCM commands the TCC off for 2 seconds.
- The TCC slip speed is 100-550 for 15 seconds.
