Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the rear seat cushion. Refer to SEAT CUSHION REPLACEMENT - REAR .
  2. Remove the rear seat back. Refer to SEAT BACK REPLACEMENT - REAR (NON-FOLDING) or SEAT BACK REPLACEMENT - REAR (FOLDING) .
  3. Remove the rear window trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Window Shelf .
  4. Remove the upper quarter trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter Upper .
  5. Remove the lower quarter trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Rear Quarter Lower .
  6. On the split rear seat, remove the push-in retainers holding the rear compartment trim. Move the trim into the rear compartment.
  7. Remove the sound barrier.
