Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the IP storage compartment. Refer to Storage Compartment Replacement - IP  .
  2. Disconnect the lever rod (2) from the handle and latch.
  3. Remove the fasteners that secure the IP compartment latch (1) to the door.
  4. Remove the latch assembly from the door.
