Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page does not describe the selected car, but rather 7 other vehicles, including the 2002 GMC Yukon XL, 2002 GMC Yukon, 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe, 2002 Chevrolet Suburban, and 2002 Chevrolet Avalanche. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Connect the IP cluster harness to the IP cluster.

  2. Install the IP cluster onto the IP with the screws. Tilt the top of the cluster into the retainer first to avoid damaging the flexible circuit connections.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  3. Install the screws that retain the IP cluster to the IP assembly. Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (18 lbs in).
  4. Install the IP cluster trim plate bezel. Refer to Bezel Replacement - IP Cluster .
