Intake Manifold Assemble

  1. Install the vacuum cap.

  2. Install the pressure relief valve in the intake manifold.
    CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the pressure relief valve bolts.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the pressure relief valve bolts to 8 N.m (71 in lbs).

    Important:  Do not reuse the intake manifold-to-cylinder head sealing gaskets.

  4. Install NEW intake manifold-to-cylinder head gaskets.
