Crankshaft Removal

  1. Remove the lower crankcase.

  2. Using two hands, lift the crankshaft straight up from the engine block.
  3. Place the crankshaft in a secure place.

  4. Remove the crankshaft sprocket drive pin (1) from the nose of the crankshaft.
