Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the instrument panel (IP) extension from the vehicle. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) EXTENSION REPLACEMENT .
  2. Disconnect the electrical connectors (2) from the video cassette player (VCP).

  3. Remove the screw that is retaining the VCP to the mounting bracket.

  4. Remove the 3 screws from the top of the IP extension bezel.
  5. Remove the 2 screws inside the lower storage compartment of the IP extension bezel.
  6. Remove the VCP from the IP extension.
