Rear Video System On - VCP, Radio and RSA Playing Mode

Assumption:
- The ignition switch is in the ACC or RUN position.
- The radio is on.
- The rear seat audio (RSA) module is on.
- The video screen is down.
- The video cassette player (VCP) is playing.
The radio enables the rear seat audio (RSA) when the RSA module is ON. The RSA enabling circuit is sent to the RSA controls.
