Adjusting Hardware Installation

  1. Install the adjuster actuator lever. Install the adjuster spring.
  2. Adjust the drum brakes. See DRUM BRAKE ADJUSTMENT  under ADJUSTMENTS & INSPECTIONS. Install the brake drum. See REAR BRAKE DRUM  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
  3. Install the rear tire and wheel assembly. Lower the vehicle.
