Drum Brake Adjusting Hardware: Installation

  1. Install the adjuster actuator lever.
  2. Install the adjuster spring.
  3. Adjust the drum brakes. See DRUM BRAKE ADJUSTMENT  under DRUM BRAKES in ADJUSTMENTS & INSPECTIONS.
  4. Install the brake drum. See BRAKE DRUM  .
  5. Install the rear tire and wheel assembly.
  6. Lower the vehicle.
