Oil Cooler Installation

  1. Install the oil cooler hose fitting.

    Tighten: 

    Tighten the oil cooler hose fitting to 19 N.m (14 lb ft)

  2. Install the oil cooler inlet hose clamp and the oil cooler inlet hose onto the oil cooler hose fitting.

  3. Install the oil cooler inlet hose clamp and oil cooler.

  4. Install the oil cooler connector.

    Tighten: 

    Tighten the oil cooler connector to 50 N.m (37 lb ft)

  5. Install the oil cooler outlet hoses and pipe.
  6. Connect the lower oil cooler outlet hose to the oil cooler.
  7. Connect the upper oil cooler hose to the thermostat bypass pipe.
