Knuckle Bushing Replacement - Lower: Removal

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to LIFTING AND JACKING THE VEHICLE .
  2. Remove the tire and wheel.
  3. Loosen, do not remove the upper control arm to knuckle nut and bolt.
  4. Remove the lower control arm to knuckle nut and bolt. See Figure.
  5. Separate the knuckle from the lower control arm.
  6. Using the J-45265, remove the lower control arm bushing from the knuckle assembly.
