Vacuum Brake Booster: Installation

- Install the gasket to the booster. See Figure.
- Install the vacuum booster.
- Install the 4 vacuum booster mounting nuts. Tighten the nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Install the pushrod and the stoplight switch to the brake pedal stud. See Figure.
- Install the pushrod retaining clip to the brake pedal stud.
- Install the vacuum hose to the brake booster check valve. See Figure.
- Install the master cylinder. MASTER CYLINDER .
- Release the park brake and unblock the wheels.
